Judy has worked full time as a Professional Organizer, Interior Designer, and Event Planner since 1994. She specializes in residential organizing, and brings an eye for design which is supported by her background in Interior Design.
Judy has extensive experience in bringing order and time-saving ideas into home offices; coordinating fabulous parties from baby showers to weddings to 90th birthday parties; and updating and decorating homes of any size. Judy has raised three children and has great ideas for organizing families. She has helped many Seniors downsize to new homes, including staging the home they are leaving, making space plans for the new apartment, supervising the move, and unpacking and decorating their new homes.
Judy’s past experience includes positions as an Executive Assistant in large corporations; as the Director of Catering in a large catering firm; and as the Director of an Art Gallery in Los Altos. These experiences helped her hone her skills at getting things done, organizing large events, and perhaps her favorite, her eye for artwork.

We had a party to celebrate the beginning of a major renovation to our home. We asked Judy to help us plan it. The party was a smashing success! Judy Ott, was recommended to me by Channing House when I first inquired about moving there. I needed an expert planner to help in my move from a 4-bedroom house to a 2-room apartment. Judy took many measurements and sketched out a plan for furnishing my new home. She supervised the work of the movers so that all I had to do was arrive to find everything ready to move in, even to my picture collection hanging on the walls. Judy Ott provided exemplary services in the moving of our sister from her residence into an assisted living facility. She helped us choose which items of furniture and personal effects should be moved. She designed the overall layout of the new place and arranged for movers to complete the transfer.
